Return Policy
- You may return unused, unworn items within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. *Please note this does not apply to the Matrimoney Hometeam Collection.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items, personalized/customized items, or items marked as non-returnable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Policy
- You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit as an alternative.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team Here within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Wait for our customer support team to review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges and Store Credit
If you choose to exchange an item, we will ship the new item(s) to you once we receive and process your return. If you prefer store credit, it will be issued to your account for future purchases.
